Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

If the product was purchased at a retailer: Return or exchange the item(s) to its place of purchase.

 

the product was purchased online:

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase within the first 30 days, please return your items for a full refund. We include a free shipping return label in the box with your purchase. Please note and keep your tracking number on the return label for your records until your credit has been processed.

 

Steps to return an online purchase:

Pack and seal the product securely in the original outer shipping container, or any cardboard shipping box.

Write your name, return address, and order number on the prepaid return shipping label

Attach the return label to the outside of the outer shipping container.

Take a picture of the return label for your records, or write down the return tracking number

Take package to any drop box

Refunds may take 3-5 weeks to be processed to the original form of payment

Please include the original packing slip or email confirmation of your order so we can quickly process your refund and credit the card used for the purchase. Refunds can only be posted to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing. Exchanges are not available.
